Four-star wide receiver Matthew Hill says Alabama coaches have compared him to former Tide stars Amari Cooper and Julio Jones. Hill likes those comparisons – but also admits he grew up an Auburn fan.
Hill (6 feet 2, 185 pounds) stars for Snellville (Ga.) Brookwood, in the Atlanta suburbs, and he told GN last week at the Corky Kell 7-on-7 Tournament in Roswell, Ga., that he is looking to make visits to Alabama and Auburn. He said he also hopes to visit Florida, LSU and South Carolina.
Hill has made numerous unofficial visits to Auburn, which is considered the favorite to land Hill, but he said he still wants to see what else is available.
