2023 kicker, Peyton Woodring earned an offer from Alabama football Monday after attending the Crimson Tide’s specialist camp over the weekend.
Woodring attends Ascension Episcopal High School in Lafayette, Louisiana, and he is the No. 4 kicker in the nation, according to Kohl’s Kicking. Alabama is the third D1 program to offer the rising senior. Nick Saban offered Woodring during a Zoom call Monday after he ‘solidified’ his spot as the Tide’s top 2023 kicker target at camp.
“It was a surreal feeling when I found out about the offer,” Woodring told Touchdown Alabama. “It is one of the best programs in the country.
