AKRON, Ohio – With two regular-season matches remaining, Akron women's tennis closes out the home portion of its schedule with Bowling Green (5-11 overall, 1-3 MAC) in Mid-American Conference action on Sunday, April 16, in a 1 p.m. match. Seniors Karolina Maksimova (Mogilev, Belarus) and Shannon Newnes (Romford, London) will be honored prior to the match.
The match is slated for the UA Outdoor Tennis Facility on campus; however, the weather forecast isn't looking favorable. Chances are the match will be moved to the LaTuchie Tennis Center in Stow. Please check GoZips.
