COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Akron sophomore Caleb Lloyd (Seven Valleys, Pa.) qualified for the finals in the prone national championship at the USA Shooting Junior Olympic Rifle Championships at the Olympic Training Center late Tuesday night.
The finals are slated for Wednesday, April 12, at 5:30 p.m. MT (7:30 p.m. ET). Lloyd will compete in the No. 6 position. Live stats will be available at: http://results.megalink.no/#/
Lloyd, a two-year member of the Zips' rifle team, finished sixth in the 60 meter prone for air rifle after the relay rounds.
