2017 WOMEN'S INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD ACADEMIC ALL-MAC RELEASE
CLEVELAND, Ohio – The University of Akron women's track and field squad earned 13 selections when the Mid-American Conference released its 2017 Women's Indoor Track and Field Academic All-MAC team on Monday, March 20.
In all, a total of 166 student-athletes were named to the women's team including; seniors Michalla Gordon (Wadsworth, Ohio), Sarah Kupniewski (Erie, Pa.), Ana Martin-Sacristan (Valencia, Spain), Tara Snipes (Covington, Ohio) and Becky Szabo (North Olmsted, Ohio), redshirt junior Rebecca Pietsch (Dusseldorf, Germany), juniors Jackie Siefring (Covington, Ohio) and Chantalia Young (Toledo, Ohio), redshirt sophomore Mackenzie Andrews (Toowoomba, Australia) and Elizabeth Mosier (Austintown, Ohio), sophomores Tarike Osuobeni (Columbus, Ohio), Dara Perry (Akron, Ohio) and Olivia Snyder (Navarre, Ohio).
