The Zips Threatened Offensively and Fought Hard but Fell Short to Indiana State, 0-2

Terra Haute, Ind. – On a slick, rainy night, following a 45-minute weather delay, the Zips women's soccer team fell to Indiana State, 0-2, despite holding an advantage in offensive possession and shots, on Friday night in Terra Haute, Ind.

"We underperformed in the first half, but give credit to the players as they came out much better in the better second half," said head coach Noreen Herlihy. "At the end of the day, they put away their chances and we didn't. We have to get over this loss quickly and look to Sunday's game with Butler.
