Swimming and Diving Battles on Day Three of NCAA Championships

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Akron women's swimming and diving team battled in three different events on Day Three of the 2017 NCAA Championships on Friday at Indiana University's Natatorium in Indianapolis, Ind.

In the 100 breaststroke, junior Paloma Marrero Munoz (Merida, Spain) placed 35th as she touched the wall in a time of 1:00.77, her second-fastest time of the season in the event.

Sophomore Madison Myers (Akron, Ohio) and senior Luka Szynal (Lublin, Poland) both competed in the 100 back for the Zips.
