AKRON, Ohio -- Originially scheduled for one game on April 8 and a twinbill on April 9, the Zips and Huskies were forced to make a few schedule changes in attempts to play all three games this weekend. Akron and NIU are now scheduled to face-off today, April 8, in double-header action starting at 3 p.m. with game two to follow. The third game between the two schools will be played Saturday or Sunday, weather depending. The time for first pitch is TBA.
