AKRON, Ohio - University of Akron junior Jackie Siefring (Covington, Ohio) will travel to Azusa, Calif., to compete in the heptathlon at the prestigious Mt. Sac Relays/California Invitational Combined Decathlon/Heptathlon this Wednesday and Thursday, April 12-13.
The two-day, seven-event competition will be held at Cougar Athletic Stadium on the campus of Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, Calif.
Siefring will be competing in her first multi-event of the spring after placing 12th in the pentathlon at the NCAA Indoor Championships in March.
