2017 ACADEMIC ALL-MAC MEN'S OUTDOOR TRACK AND FIELD RELEASE
CLEVELAND, Ohio – The University of Akron men's track and field team garnered nine selections when the Mid-American Conference unveiled its 2017 Men's Outdoor Track and Field Academic All-MAC team on Wednesday, May 31.
In all, a total of 54 student-athletes were named to the men's team including; seniors Sean Poholski (Barberton, Ohio), Anthony Young (Medina, Ohio) and Dan Zupan (Berea, Ohio), redshirt sophomore Adam Downing (Sylvania, Ohio), sophomores Adam Alexander (Tiffin, Ohio) and Curtis Richardson (Blacklick, Ohio) and redshirt freshman Tevin Brown (Toledo, Ohio), Preston Fillman (Hanoverton, Ohio) and Malik Hudson (Cleveland, Ohio).
