Akron, Ohio – After an 11-day layoff, the Akron men's golf team will travel south to Powells Point, N.C. for their final tournament of the fall season at the ODU/OBX Intercollegiate on Sunday through Monday, Oct. 23-25. Old Dominion hosts the three-day, 54-hole tournament at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a par 71 course that stretches 6, 550 yards.
"We are looking forward to this event, and hopefully we will close out the fall with a strong finish," Zips' head coach David Trainor said. "This team has worked hard, been competitive, and experienced some success so far this season, but we still have some work to do.
