BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Senior Paige Kelkenberg (Lockport, N.Y.) became the second diver in program history to qualify for the NCAA Championships with her eighth-place finish in the one-meter event on day two of the NCAA Zone "C" Diving Championships at Indiana's Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatic Center on Friday.
Kelkenberg's combined score of 547.55 points put her in eighth place, the final qualifying spot for next week's NCAA Championships.
Alice Hottensmith competed in the one and three-meter events at the NCAA Championships during the 2015-16 season.
Following preliminary action, Kelkenberg sat eighth with a score of 269.
