BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Akron swimming and diving team broke three meet records and took top place in eight of the ten events at the Tom Stubbs Relays in Bowling Green, Ohio on Friday afternoon.
"I am very impressed with the energy our ladies brought on the pool deck tonight," said head coach Brian Peresie. "Our attitudes and efforts were off the charts and we will look to take this momentum into the season in a few short weeks."
The Zips promptly began the night at Cooper pool sweeping the first three events on the evening.
