COLUMBUS, Ohio- The No. 16 University of Akron rifle team faced No. 7 Ohio State on Saturday, Feb. 18, in the NCAA Qualifier at the Hugh W. Wylie Range.
The Buckeyes finished with a team score of 4,678 to Akron's 4,634.
OSU's Michael Steinel (584) and Anthony Cuozzo (583) took the top two slots in the smallbore with junior Julia Hatch (Northfield, Vt.) came in fifth with a 578.
