Kannapolis, N.C. – The Akron Zips men's golf team travels to Kannapolis, N.C. for The Cabarrus County Irish Creek Collegiate on Saturday and Sunday, April 9-10. The 54-hole event will be played at The Club at Irish Creek, a par 71 course that spans 7,099 yards.
"Every week we play, our competition is very steep, and this week is no different," head coach David Trainor said. "This event is one we have played before, and we look forward to it every year. It is our final event before the MAC Championship, and the pieces are in place for us to play well.
