Will BC turn to another transfer to start at quarterback?

Transfers have become ubiquitous throughout college football. The ACC has clearly benefited, most especially at quarterback -- where players have changed schools at a rising clip in order to find better opportunities and more playing time.

Pitt, Virginia and Boston College have welcomed multiple transfers. But of those three, the Eagles are in the spotlight going into 2016 at quarterback as Pitt and Virginia return incumbents at the position.
