Mississippi State inked a total of 20 players for the 2016 recruiting cycle. Four of those players were still pending NCAA clearance earlier this week. At least one of those hopeful for NCAA approval received some news about his pending enrollment on Thursday.

"I got the call today that I was cleared," Todd said. "I hadn't really been responding to anybody until I heard something. The coach called me today and told me that I was ready to go.
