On the heels of its worst season since 2012, three offensive skill players announced their intentions to transfer: running backs Marcus Outlow and Jordan Gowins, and running back/receiver Sherman Alston.
Outlow finished third among running backs with 53 carries for 241 yards and a touchdown, but had just nine carries over the last six games. He told The Norwich Bulletin he didn't feel he got a fair shake in the offense. Outlow told the newspaper: "I was just not given the opportunity that I was told I would receive.
