Last week I was watching the evening metabolic workouts that the Oklahoma State football players run themselves and work on actual football skills.
The receivers were running a drill along the sidelines working to stay in bounds and going up high for the catch. Throwing the passes was receiver Austin Hays, who was trying to get the ball high enough to challenge the Cowboys standout James Washington. Hays kept overthrowing the ball with no chance for LeBron James to make the catch.
It was time to move on to another drill, but Washington wasn't budging until he made a leaping catch inside the boundary in the drill they were finishing up.
