NC State has beefed up its future nonconference schedules, announcing Tuesday that the program has future series with Texas Tech, Vanderbilt and UConn.
The Wolfpack will host the Red Raiders in 2022 and travel to Lubbock in 2027. They will head to Vanderbilt in 2026 and host the Commodores in 2028. And they will host the Huskies in 2022 before heading to Storrs in 2023.
NC State announced a 2023 game with VMI as well.
The main impetus behind several of these series stems from the 2014 agreement the ACC made to schedule one Power-5 nonconference opponent per year starting in 2017.
