Look who’s back on top (of the recruiting rankings).
Miami has made some waves in Mark Richt’s first recruiting cycle, racking up 15 verbal commitments from the class of 2017 so far, and putting the Hurricanes on top in the ACC’s recruiting race with a No. 5 overall ranking.
The top-10 is ACC-heavy, as Clemson, Florida State and North Carolina are right behind the Canes at Nos. 7, 9 and 10, respectively.
Quasi-ACC member Notre Dame is No. 6.
The ACC’s four top-10 classes are the most of any conference, although the SEC has five schools in the top-15, which was released Wednesday.
