After Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving battled injuries amidst the 2015 Playoffs, each is looking forward to another opportunity to play in the postseason.
INDEPENDENCE, OHIO— Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving spent just over three games on the floor together amidst the 2015 postseason.
It was in that fourth game of Cleveland’s first round series against the Boston Celtics that Love’s shoulder was yanked out of its socket, forcing him to watch Irving and the rest of his Cavaliers teammates make their way to the NBA Finals.
Though Love’s injury was bad enough to keep him off the court for Cleveland's remaining journey, Irving was also dealing with tendinitis in his knees that made for painful moments on the floor amidst the playoffs.
