Linebacker Sam Cowart comes in at No. 31 as we continue our countdown of the Top-75 players in Florida State history. Cowart was a four-year contributor at Florida State and a three-year starter. He really exploded onto the scene as a junior in 1995 registering 115 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, and 3 sacks. He tore his ACL before the season in 1996, but came back in 1997 and performed at an even higher level than before.
