At this time last year, Louisville’s Reggie Bonnafon was aiming for the starting quarterback job. Now he’s set up to be the Cardinals’ do-it-all utility man — a receiver, runner and passer. What will the new role mean for him in 2016? We talked with Bonnafon about what’s in store.
You arrived at Louisville planning to play QB, but Lamar Jackson took over early and ran away with the job. How has the transition to receiver gone for you?
Bonnafon: I’ve been in a similar situation before in high school, having to play multiple positions, being in a similar quarterback race.
