Mark Richt’s top goal as head coach of the Miami Hurricanes is to keep the top prospects in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties home. On Wednesday night, Under Armour All-America Game offensive tackle Kai-Leon Herbert gave Richt and staff news they had been waiting on during Miami’s in-home visit with Herbert and family.
Herbert, the No. 99-ranked prospect in the Class of 2017, committed to the Hurricanes over Florida and Auburn.
