Duke commit Zion Williamson will be held out of Friday night's Nike Hoop Summit in Portland, Oregon, as he continues to nurse a hand injury, according to The Undefeated's Marc J. Spears.
Williamson initially suffered the injury in the second half of the McDonald's All-American Game on March 28 when he attempted to break a fall with his right hand.
