The list of all-conference teams continues with the release of the ACC coaches’ players of the year and All-ACC team, and they have a different look than what we at the ACC blog decided on earlier Wednesday.
For starters, the coaches named Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson the ACC’s offensive and overall player of the year. Given Watson’s performance in the ACC championship game, it’s a little harder to argue against the Heisman finalist, although a week ago the ACC blog writers were split between Watson and Dalvin Cook for offensive player of the year.
