CLEMSON, S.C. — Any concerns Georgia Tech might upset Clemson’s bid for the College Football Playoff were allayed early on, with Wayne Gallman rushing for a 66-yard touchdown on the Tigers’ first drive and Deshaun Watson matching his passing output from a week ago in the first quarter of a 43-24 win.
Watson finished the game 21-for-30 for 265 yards and two touchdowns, while the Yellow Jackets’ offense remained stuck in neutral.
