CLEVELAND—The Cavaliers used a 17-2 run to take the first game of the second round playoffs with a 104-93 win over the Atlanta Hawks at Quicken Loans Arena in front of a sold out crowd of 20,562 fans.

The Cavs led by as much as 18 points with under five minutes to play in the third quarter after LeBron James had a thunderous dunk on a pass from Kyrie Irving to give Cleveland a 72-54 lead.
