A confident Kyrie Irving and the Cleveland Cavaliers are looking forward to their second-round series.
AUBURN HILLS, MICHIGAN— The Cavaliers may not know who their next opponent will be, but they do know that if Kyrie Irving continues to play at his current level, they’ll have little trouble with either team.
Having posted team-leading point totals in two of the three previous games, Irving pushed the Cavaliers past the Pistons again on Sunday night with 31 points in Cleveland’s 100-98 win.
The 31-point effort was Irving’s second of the series, bringing him to an average of 27.
