Interview with Anthony

Athletic Experience:

High School Golf (but not good enough to actually play in matches), baseball and basketball all the way up to 8th grade when they started cutting people. Recreational Jai Lai.

Favorite Sport to Watch?

College football. The purity that comes from scholarship athletes lining up for multi-million dollar university athletic departments in a stadium filled with gratuitous advertisements where fans pay hundreds of dollars for tickets to watch a team from a school that they may or may not have gone to play another school that they've manufactured hate for so they can feel good about fighting said fans of that opposing team in the stadium bathroom. It's really refreshing when compared to professional sports.

Favorite Sport to Play?

Golf, one of the few sports that I can beat people in, but that's only because the game is mostly played by 55 year old men.

My favorite athlete and hands down the best running back of all time?

Barry Sanders

Favorite Sports Moment?

Kerri Strug's vault at the 1996 Atlanta Games. I've never felt more like an American.

Smug and aloof attitude in sports conversations with bandwagon and generally uninitiated sports fans?

Yes

Favorite Sports Quote:

"F@#$ You." - John Wooden
