Chiefs injury report: Marcus Peters out, Jamaal Charles in

Alright, nobody panic. Kansas City head coach Andy Reid has taken to the podium and announced that corner Marcus Peters – who was named the AFC Defensive Player of the Week – would not be practicing on Wednesday. Peters was sent home from the team facility as he is dealing with the flu. Barring some kind of complete disaster, he’ll be playing on Sunday night.

Meanwhile, Jah Reid and Tamba Hali are also out. Hali is just getting his normal day of rest, while Reid continues to work his way back from a sprained ankle. Speaking of ankles, Charcandrick West is dealing with a sprain of his own and will also sit this one out.
