KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The last thing the Kansas City Chiefs should have done at frigid Arrowhead Stadium in the final moments of Sunday’s game was give Tennessee Titans kicker Ryan Succop some practice.
But that’s what Chiefs coach Andy Reid did. The timeout he called to ice – probably unnecessary on a day when the temperature in Kansas City peaked at 10 degrees – the veteran kicker wasn’t awarded in time to prevent Succop from getting a practice kick.
