DURHAM, N.C. – With the season opener at Koskinen Stadium just over two weeks away, preseason training is in full swing for the Duke women’s lacrosse program. Take a look at some of the team’s top storylines heading into the spring.
Breaking Down the 2019 Roster
Head coach Kerstin Kimel and the Blue Devils return 23 letterwinners from a season ago, including 2018 All-ACC selections Callie Humphrey, Olivia Jenner and Charlotte North. This year, the program welcomed the fourth-ranked freshman class in the nation according to Inside Lacrosse, as well as a new assistant coach in offensive specialist Brooke Griffin, a two-time national champion at Maryland.
