DURHAM, N.C. – Duke head cross country and assistant track and field coach Angela Reckart will depart the program following the season to pursue other opportunities.
Reckart was hired to the Duke Athletics staff in June of 2021 following six seasons as the associate head coach of cross country and assistant coach of track & field at Penn State. During her three years at the helm of Duke's cross country program, Reckart coached the men's and women's teams to six meet wins and 16 top-five placements, while helping the Blue Devils total five USTFCCCA All-Southeast Region honors, the 2022 ACC Freshman of the Year award and three All-ACC selections.
