DURHAM – Duke men's soccer midfielder Nick Pariano has signed a Homegrown contract with MLS side Philadelphia Union, the club announced on Thursday. The contract is guaranteed for two years, with club options for 2026 and 2027. Pariano is the 21st Homegrown player in Union history after spending time with the Philadelphia Union Academy, playing for the U15, U17 and U19 teams.

Pariano made a total of 72 appearances for the Blue Devils through his four-year career, starting in 57 of them. A team captain in each of the last two seasons, Pariano's steady presence in the midfield helped Duke to an undefeated regular season in 2022 and a first-round bye in the NCAA Tournament in 2023.
