DURHAM – Junior Ana Gold broke the program's all-time career home run record with a three-run blast to left field on Tuesday as No. 3 Duke rolled past East Carolina, 10-1, in six innings at Max R. Joyner Family Stadium.
The Ballston Spa, N.Y., native passed Kristina Foreman's career mark and now owns 36 career long balls, including seven this season.
Duke's pitching staff of sophomore Cassidy Curd, graduate student Dani Drogemuller and senior Lillie Walker all shared the circle on Tuesday.
