DURHAM, N.C. – Members of the Duke fencing team are set to round out the 2018 campaign Dec. 15-17 at the December North American Cup (NAC) in Cincinnati, Ohio. Representing the squad will be junior Lindsay Sapienza, sophomore Maria Papadopoulos, redshirt sophomore Ben Stone and freshman Alex Gorman.
Papadopoulos will kick off the weekend Saturday in Division I Women’s Epee as the No. 70 seed. Papadopoulos is coming off a rookie campaign with a 46-30 overall ledger that included a 10th-place finish at the ACC Championships and a trip to the NCAA Mid-Atlantic/South Regional.
