Class, Jones Named First Team All-Americans

DURHAM, N.C.—The Duke senior midfield duo of Myles Jones and Deemer Class headlined the All-America list for the Blue Devils, earning first team honors from the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association. Justin Guterding and Kyle Rowe also earned recognition, garnering third team accolades.

Jones earned his second consecutive first-team All-American nod, while Class returns to the top squad after earning the honor in 2014. It is the third All-America honor in each of their careers, making them the 12th and 13th Blue Devils to do so.

The 2016 ACC Offensive Player of the Year and two-time Tewaaraton Award finalist, Jones will go down in history as arguably the best midfielder to wear a Duke uniform and one of the best to play Division I lacrosse.
