Coach K is rightly celebrated for his abilities as a communicator, but he’s not the only guy associated with Duke who has outstanding communication skills, and the second best is not that far behind Krzyzewski, although he has a very different profession.

Bilas has had three main jobs since leaving Duke, and they all require superb communication skills: assistant basketball coach, attorney and broadcaster.
In addition to that, he’s also been on a personal jihad to call attention to the NCAA’s hypocrisy and, as much as anyone, has turned public opinion against the collegiate cartel.
