GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Atlantic Coast Conference will continue its sportsmanship awareness campaign by recognizing 2016 Spring Sportsmanship Week from Monday, April 4 through Sunday, April 10.
ACC Sportsmanship Weeks are a campaign to emphasize sportsmanship as it relates to ACC teams, the conference and fans during the fall, winter and spring seasons.
At ACC home competitions during Spring Sportsmanship Week, every league team will showcase its continued dedication to sportsmanship, with student-athletes participating in pregame handshakes prior to events. In addition to the teams’ efforts, the conference and member schools will highlight the initiative to fans through releases, social media platforms and official websites.
