In their last regular season game before the ACC tournament the Duke Blue Devils lacrosse team defeated Marquette by a score of 15-8. In the game three different Blue Devils registered hat-tricks including Myles Jones who, in doing so, set the program record for most points by a midfielder in program history.
Jones’ 149 career points passed former Blue Devil Jim Gonnella’s previous record of 145. Jones also added an assist to his three goals and is now 10th on the single season assists list.
Joining Jones with hat tricks were Tanner Scott and Justin Guterding.
