Yankees 2, White Sox 1: Little support for Jose Quintana

The trio of Aroldis Chapman, Dellin Betances, and Andrew Miller got the best of Chicago shutting down the late inning magic to preserve the 2-1 victory.

In a game that featured very little offense, New York's two-run mini explosion was just enough to best one of the best starters in the American League, in Jose Quintana. Chase Headley started the rally with a two-out walk. Former Minnesota Twins Aaron Hicks doubled to center field to score Headley. Didi Gregorius, who was 3 for 3, singled to right field scoring Hicks to make it 2-0.
