It was a winning weekend for the White Sox as they savor their final month or so at U.S. Cellular Field. They celebrated Elvis Night, Star Wars Night, and oh yeah, a couple wins. Good pitching was the story of the weekend, and the Sox offense was able to take advantage in two of the three weekend games, three of four overall from the Mariners.

Supportive teammates: Chris Sale, Jose Quintana and Carlos Rodon impressed all weekend, though arguably the most dominant performance, a complete-game gem from Sale, was squandered in Friday night’s 3-1 loss.
