White Sox having fun with ‘most comfortable uniform’ ever worn

The White Sox aren’t just posting on social media about Throwback Thursday (#TBT). They’re living it as well.

Thursday night’s game against the Seattle Mariners on CSN will feature the South Siders wearing the franchise’s uniforms from 1976, one of baseball’s more unusual outfits.

Not only did the jerseys have collars, but the team played in shorts as well.

White Sox manager Robin Ventura joked before the game that he would have his guys wear the shorts during batting practice but later admitted he has no idea how the White Sox used to play in those outfits.
