Goose Island is carving out a greater presence at Guaranteed Rate Field this season. Literally.
The Chicago beer company and the White Sox announced Monday that a remodeled section in the right field bleachers will be named “The Goose Island,” complete with running water fixtures on each side to fashion the space as an “island.”
The Goose Island affects two outfield sections and will feature field-level views, leather seats in the first few rows, in-seat service, party areas and a total of 326 seats, among other amenities.
