The Blackhawks have been involved in some wild third periods in recent postseasons (remember 17 seconds against the Bruins in 2013?) but what happened in Game 4 of the Western Conference finals Saturday night at the United Center had everyone in the building shaking their heads — and the building itself shaking.
When the dust settled, the Hawks survived a period for the ages and went on to top the Ducks 5-4 in double overtime to even an already epic best-of-seven series at 2-2.
