PULLMAN, Wash. (May 3, 2024) – Washington State sophomores Eva Alvarez Sande and Yura Nakagawa each earned All-Pac-12 Women's Tennis honors for the 2024 season, the Pac-12 Conference announced Friday.
Alvarez Sande, from Coruna, Galicia, Spain, was named to the All-Pac-12 Conference Second Team for the second-consecutive season. During the 2024 season, Alvarez Sande posted a 17-11 overall singles record and teamed with Elyse Tse to go 17-10 in doubles. Alvarez Sande played in the No. 1 singles and doubles position in each dual match during the season. Her best win of the season came against No.
