Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo has called on his team to change their mentality after losing to Girona in La Liga.
The Catalans threw away a 2-1 lead to go down to a 4-2 defeat to Michel’s side, and Araujo spoke after the game about how his team can improve.
“I think that’s how it was, we were controlling the game very well. I think we had many opportunities to seal it, score the 3-1, we had many chances to do it,” he told the club’s media.
“I think we were doing very well in the game, then we made mistakes, I think we also dropped mentally when they equalized, I think we need to have a more winning mentality, to think that we are in the game and there is more to come.
