Rutgers 2024 verbal commit Ben Black is on an Official Visit to NC State this weekend, according to a source. Black originally verbally committed to Rutgers back on June 11th, but that didn’t stop the Wolfpack from extending him an offer on October 8th.

Black is a 3-star prospect out of the prestigious Mallard Creek High School in Charlotte, North Carolina. While he committed to Rutgers to play Wide Receiver, it is my understanding that the Wolfpack are recruiting him to play Cornerback.
